The Destiny Foundation creates celebration feasts for people in need — a full meal, a decorated room, music, characters for the kids, and a raffle so nobody leaves empty-handed. Not a hand-out line. A party with a seat saved for you.
What a celebration feast looks like
Since 2005 we've hosted a Thanksgiving Day feast that gets bigger every year — some years we don't even have room for everyone who comes. Today we're building toward more: other holidays, and gatherings whenever a community needs one.
A real meal, all the trimmings
Plenty of food, cooked and served by volunteers, plated at a table with linens — not handed through a window.
A room that feels like a party
An MC, a DJ, a clown, a magician, face painters, balloon artists and characters the kids run straight to.
Nobody leaves empty-handed
There's a raffle at every feast, so every guest goes home with something of their own.
